The proposed industrial building for E-Con Systems in Chennai is designed as a contemporary workspace with a strong and refined architectural identity.... Planned on a 45.5 m × 59.8 m site, the project combines efficient functionality with a clear urban presence. The design reimagines the industrial building typology through a clean, layered, and climate-responsive façade. Expansive glazing introduces openness and transparency, creating a bright and connected work environment. Vertical fins, shaded projections, and deep façade elements help moderate heat and glare in Chennai’s climate. Concrete-textured surfaces establish a sense of durability, precision, and industrial strength. Warm wooden accents add visual contrast, bringing balance and character to the overall composition. The entrance is articulated with a defined canopy, boundary treatment, and carefully detailed gate design. Landscaped terraces, pergola elements, and planted edges soften the built form and enhance the workplace experience. The proposal presents E-Con Systems with a modern industrial facility that is efficient, distinctive, and responsive to its context.
