This project is a mixed-use property development by CMRL along Thirumangalam Flyover, Chennai, with a built-up area of 6,80,000 sq.ft developed upon 4 land parcels of total area 2,20,000 sq ft. Conceived as part of Chennai Metro Phase 2, the design integrates the metro viaduct directly through the 11 storey height building, creating a strong architectural and urban statement.... The development combines commercial, retail, and public amenities, activating the ground plane as a vibrant public realm. This building will emerge as first of its kind in Chennai Metropolitan with parametric design approach and a striking glass façade define the building’s identity, transforming transit infrastructure into a landmark destination and reinforcing transit-oriented development principles.
