A distinctive parametric office building designed with a raw, honest material approach—exposed concrete throughout, with no plaster or paint.Developed for a leading large-scale government contractor and promoter in Erode, the project rises across three levels:...
Ground Floor: Parking, dining, and a welcoming lobby.
First Floor: Main office with workstations, MD cabin, conference room, and reception
Second Floor: Flexible extension of the workspace
The design embraces a dynamic, open, and interactive plan, encouraging fluid movement and collaboration. Materiality is kept minimal and tactile, with terrazzo flooring and polished concrete surfaces.
A striking free-standing mushroom column at the front becomes the project’s iconic element, supporting a dramatic 40-ft slab while integrating a water channel leading to the terrace.
The project maintains a seamless architectural language—inside and out—expressing continuity, structure, and spatial clarity through a unified parametric design approach.
